Step 3: Create ANY name you want for an "Alias'. Tap the "+" in the upper right corner, so that you can create a new device. Step 2: Tap the 3 hamburger lines in the upper left corner of your app (this should show a 4 icon set to appear), select the 3rd icon from the left. This might require the help of someone savvy enough to do this, but generally shouldn't be too hard to do (you will need to log into your router). Forward port 8000 to the IP address of your DVR/NVR. Step 1: You're going to need to create a "Port-forwarding" entry in your router. You can keep your current camera configuration (just in case Swann ever figures out how to run a DDNS service properly), just turn it off and create a 2nd device, as if you had a camera system at your camp. You can still view your cameras using your smartphone, by going around their DDNS service. (their DDNS service) went down sometime in the last few days and hasn't come back up yet.
